Although you might have heard that it’s easy to sell on eBay, it’s not usually the case. Listing items on eBay is easy, but listings cost you money if you don’t use the right tools to select a good product, write a persuasive description, and list at the right time. Thankfully, the tools for these tasks are available, and some are even free.

The most important step on your path to eBay success is selecting the right products.

This is because if you don’t pick the right product, it won’t sell often enough. If you don’t pick the right product, even if it does sell, your margins might be to narrow to make a profit. Good hustlers sell for a good profit.

To hustle on eBay you need to:

1. Find a popular product
2. Check that it’s not saturated on eBay
3. Find a cheap source for the product.
4. Decide if it’s going to be profitable.
