The first step to learning how to relieve anxiety attacks and panic attacks is to believe that you have the ability to take control. Anxiety Disorder is not a chronic disease, it’s a state if mind that can be controlled.
The body responds to the messages sent from your mind – even if you’re in a perfectly safe situation. Your mind may interpret the situation as unsafe and your body will respond to what your mind thinks. A way to remember to take control is to remember F.E.A.R – False Evidence Appearing Real.
