What is an Anxiety Attack?
A person suffering an anxiety attack is experiencing a physiological reaction to stress. They are intended to cause somebody to focus and work hard in tricky situations, like during a university exam or when approaching a deadline at work. Sometimes, anxiety attacks can become excessive and have a negative effect on a person’s life, decreasing their productivity, affecting their social life and making everyday tasks seem terrifying.
An anxiety attack occurs when one feels an abrupt rush of overpowering fear and terror without any warning or obvious reasons. It’s many times more extreme than just feeling anxious or the feeling of stress that most people have felt. Anxiety attacks are so common that one in every 75 people worldwide will experience one in their life.

Anxiety attacks can be cured naturally through self-therapy techniques, certain excercises, social healing, and diet modification. Each case is slightly different so there’s no single fix-all solution. A very useful resource to cure anxiety attacks naturally is The Anxiety and Panic Attack kit, which you can view at this site.
